PensionBee has recently extended its award-winning marketing and technology approach to the United States, seeking to rapidly grow its customer base from its operational headquarters in New York City.
In addition to our direct-to-consumer offering, we enable employers to transfer former employees' 401k(s) - with a limit of under $7,000 - into a Safe Harbor IRA. Focusing on Fortune 500 employers and working closely with our partner, State Street, we believe our Safe Harbor IRA offers consumers a good home for their former 401(k) accounts and an excellent base from which to consolidate and grow further retirement accounts.

The Head of Employer Partnerships Role
As Head of Employer Partnerships you will be responsible for:
- Taking full ownership of the distribution of our Safe Harbor IRA to employer clients
- Sourcing, developing, maintaining and converting employer relationships through a B2B sales cycle, leading all follow up communications on a personalised basis
- Working closely with our partners and industry bodies to develop thought leadership around Safe Harbor IRAs
- Developing and executing a B2B marketing strategy, including white papers, customised content, email campaigns and press releases
- Attending relevant industry conferences across the United States to network with potential clients
- Attending occasional on-site meetings with clients and partners throughout the US
Requirements
The successful candidate will have an appropriate combination of the following:
- Experience in the defined contribution and/or employee benefits industries (ideally with a focus on sales activities)
- An existing network of contacts in the employee benefits industry (ideally with a focus on Fortune 500 companies)
- Experience in executing (from start to finish) business-to-business marketing campaigns in adjacent industries
- Proven results in successfully driving sales in a B2B role
