The Role
Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is seeking a leader to drive the strategy, development, and management of the Fixed Income Product and Trading Solutions team. The Product and Trading Solutions team supports multiple Fidelity distribution channels (Advisor, Custody, FFOS, Wealth/brokerage and FCM's own Sales and Trading desks) with their market access, execution needs, and trading capabilities.
In this role, you will be a member of FCM's Fixed Income Management Team and lead a team that works across fixed income desks, clients, and channel partners to define, prioritize and develop fixed income solutions that our internal and external customers appreciate while capturing more value for Fidelity's customers and the firm. You will also drive enhancements to and the advancement of the Bond Beacon platform.

The Expertise and the Skills You Bring
- Experience in financial services, specifically fixed income/ bonds, with knowledge of market structure, investment and trading capabilities and associated technology
- Ability to understand the technical and operational components and workflows associated with FCM's fixed income trading products
- Ability and desire to understand the regulatory landscape, compliance and market structure to most effectively guide product development
- Proven ability to lead a multi-discipline product team towards a common goal
- Data driven strategic thinker with business development experience and strong analytical problem-solving background
- Standout and collaborative colleague with a positive attitude and an interest in crafting innovative and effective fixed income trading solutions
- Strong desire to solve internal partner and customer problems with efficient scalable solutions that maximize value creation for customers and effectively capture value for the firm
- Positive and experienced leader with strong interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
- Highest level of integrity and ability to synthesize and actively manage risks inherent within technology, operational, or regulatory
- 10+ years of successful professional experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on fixed income product management and development
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, engineering or related discipline preferred.
- Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses required within 3 months of hire

- Help to identify, create, modernize, and support and manage fixed income trading capabilities in an evolving market landscape.
- Oversee and drive the continuous improvement and timely delivery of solutions to ensure that our fixed income product offerings continue to serve our clients
- Ensure the efficient, reliable and stable operation of our fixed income technologies and platforms to support firm and customer fixed income activity
- Effectively partner with multiple departments (sales & trading desks, legal, risk, compliance, operations, technology, business partners) to establish frameworks for risk control and build solutions
- Manage the risk inherent in our scale and breadth of customers
- Evaluate and design product opportunities and solutions
- Leading and inspiring a team of 10+ associates
