The Hosting Services Leader is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise technology platforms and services. This role ensures seamless platform engineering and operations, drives innovation in developer experience, and upholds the highest standards for security, availability, and performance across hosting, storage, networking, communication, and datacenter services.
This role requires a strong ability to navigate a highly regulated, complex, dynamic IT ecosystem and collaborate across diverse teams to deliver reliable and innovative technology services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Hosting Engineering and Operations
1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of platforms, including design, build, and operations, ensuring security, compliance, reliability, scalability, and resilience.
2. Lead product-focused platform engineering efforts to deliver continuous improvements and enhanced user experiences that comply with regulations, policies and standards.
Hosting, Storage, Network, and Security Services
3. Manage hosting services across on-premise environments to ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
4. Oversee network and security services, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Database, Middleware, and Mainframe Services
5. Oversee database and middleware services, ensuring they support business-critical applications and meet performance standards.
6. Manage mainframe services to deliver reliable and efficient operations for legacy systems.
Datacenter Facilities Management
7. Ensure data center facilities are managed to meet operational and regulatory standards, with a focus on sustainability and cost-efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, IT operations, or related leadership roles.
3. Proven expertise in managing enterprise-scale platforms and services.
4. Strategic vision and leadership in platform and service management.
5. Operational excellence with a focus on reliability and innovation.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and modern SDLC frameworks.
2. Strong understanding of cloud computing, hosting, and data center management.
3. Expertise in network and security protocols, database management, and mainframe services.
4. Experience in testing automation tools and enhancing developer experiences.
