Description:
As the Head of Investor Analytics, you will be responsible for curating ownership, product, asset flow and marketing intent data to provide actionable insights and trends to Index ETF Partners and the Index business. There will be opportunity to present these insights to clients, internal stakeholders and the media. It will help influence decisions the business makes in product development, marketing and research as we better understand investor trends. In this role you will work closely with teams across not just the Index business but the whole organization. With success, this initiative provides an opportunity to grow a team to reach more clients.
Responsibilities
Work closely with various team across the organization to gather data, perform analysis and provide insights on product ownership, trends and marketing intent that help inform Index distribution and marketing strategy and show value to our clients
Collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns (product, industry, ownership, marketing)
Design and develop reports, dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights to the business
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations
Stay up to date with industry best practices and new technologies in business intelligence and data analytics

- Conduct research, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, to identify accurate shareholder positions and peer performance to deliver shareholder analysis and commentary.
- Engages in thought leadership and provides input into product development/quality improvement. Support BU Objectives of retention, revenue growth, operational excellence and driving greater efficiencies.
- Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers internally and externally.
- Provides subject matter expertise to clients, team members, colleagues, etc. on projects.
- Participates in both internal and external projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the organizational strategy.
- Create and participate in thought leadership, client meetings and conferences to drive visibility for Index.
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field
- Experience Required: At least 6 years
