The Executive Director, Head of Issuer Data Services role is a key member of the Data Services product leadership team and is primarily responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and vision that will support the long-term growth of all DTCC Data Services' current and future Issuer-related data products. In this highly visible role, the Executive Director, Head of Issuer Data Services, will demonstrate their extensive knowledge of the Issuer and Issuer Financing market structures, instruments, analytics, workflows and their extensive network across the Issuer and Issuer Financing ecosystem to best position DTCC Data Services for success. The Executive Director, Product Manager is a product champion and subject matter authority that is responsible for representing the 'voice' of the Issuer client to identify and deliver new Issuer advised data innovations which also includes innovations for Investment Banks in the service of the Issuer community.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead full Issuer Services product life cycle using Agile frameworks.
- Leverage Issuer and Issuer Financing market knowledge to advise and drive portfolio strategy and roadmap vision.
- Use external client and internal collaborator feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities for future product concepts.
- Coordinate with tribe, squads, external partners, and internal business aligned centers of excellence to bring product to market and define paths to best execution against vision.
- Maintain a proficiency in the Issuer Services and Financing competitive environment, industry trends, and current state strengths and gaps.
- Determine objective key results that will drive product strategy forward and meet overall business objective prioritizing chances to create maximum customer and business value.
- Continuously seek internal and external client feedback to ensure all collaborators are advised of what is needed to deliver a complete product to market and ensure continuous innovation.
- Fosters a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk.

Talents Needed for Success:
- Deep Issuer, Issuer Financing, Fixed Income Debt and Investment Banking domain and industry knowledge. Shown expertise in delivering successful Issuer solutions and analytics to market.
- Solid knowledge of Issuer, Issuer Financing, and Investment Banking industry trends and ability to understand user demands and difficulties.
- Comfortable with all partners (technology, clients, finance, integration, sales, ops readiness) with strong communication skills to be able to engage in discussion and consistently deliver the right product feature sets and solutions.
- Experience in Agile Development, with specific Product Management (or similar) experience.
- Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop and conduct presentations for clients and prospects bi-laterally and at industry events, as well as, to internal collaborators and executive management.
- Demonstrated outstanding conceptual and analytical skills with ability to identify, analyze, evaluate product innovation alternatives.
- Ability to make effective decisions even under pressure while considering immediate and long-term consequences of the decision.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, self-motivated and encourages others to be the same, work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and within group settings, have an ability to think creatively and strategically and have an ability to stay calm under stress and uncertainty.
- Strong standout colleague with an ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization as well as externally. Must have the ability to encourage and move a cross-functional team in a unified direction and with a unified vision.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
