Job Description

• - Receives loan applications and performs interviews with customers
• - Preparation of credit memo for new loan applications Performs closing activities such as obtaining
• documents from customers, verifying legal documents from LMD, arrangement of closing process, and
• loan closing
• - Performs collateral management activities such as updating property insurances and real estate tax
• payment
• - Performs loan administration activities such as updating credit documents and collateral administration
• - Performs annual look back reviews as per the Lending Policy Performs site visitation
• - Preparation of credit memos for renewal extension, and refinance for maturing loans, and other loan

Qualifications

Fluency in Korean and English required
