A furniture e-commerce business in Miami, FL, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the company's day-to-day operations, oversee teams, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain and grow the infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have experience in e-commerce and be knowledgeable in managing multiple channels, including Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the company.
• Oversee and motivate various teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain and enhance the company's infrastructure to support growth.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with multiple e-commerce channels such as Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of managing multiple e-commerce channels (Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.).
