As Head of Recruiting, you will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for both our internal teams and our clients' hiring needs. You'll build scalable processes, eventually lead a team of recruiters, and serve as a strategic talent advisor to leadership. You will be the expert of our service division and will be an integral part of our sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruiting strategies for both internal hiring and client placements
- Build and lead a high-performing team of technical recruiters
- Establish recruitment KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent
- Optimize the candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Leverage data and market insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
- Partner with leadership to align talent acquisition with business objectives
- Full-cycle: source, interview, and close!
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with ideally at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record building recruiting functions in software/technology companies
- Experience with both internal hiring and client-facing recruitment services
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles and technical skill evaluation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment strategy and decision making
- Experience with modern recruiting technologies and platforms
- Personality and drive matters the most--must be highly motivated, drive activity, and be able to work in a autonomous role
- Ideally, bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
