We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Head of Social-First communications to lead and execute The Arena's digital-first communications and investor relations strategy. This individual will be responsible for leveraging social media, influencer partnerships, and community-driven engagement to build transparency, trust, and advocacy among industry leads, retail, and institutional investors.
The Arena Group's expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $80,000 - $120,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group's total compensation and benefits available to its employees.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social-first communications strategy.
- Lead live investor Q&A sessions via X Spaces, LinkedIn Live, and YouTube.
- Manage the creation and distribution of daily announcements across social media platforms.
- Cultivate partnerships with influencers on YouTube, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter) that consistently communicates our strategy.
- Measure and analyze the impact of social engagement strategies on investor behavior and sentiment.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, or social media strategy.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram.
- Experience working with influencers and digital media partnerships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Highly creative and excellent storyteller.
- Background in finance, investment relations, or fintech.
- Proven track record in driving engagement and collaborations through social media and communities.
