Head of Training and Education

The Head of Training and Education will oversee the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all training and educational programs for a rapidly growing, innovative family care company that is obsessed with delivering the very best caregiving experience. This role is critical to living up to that mission by ensuring that all clinical staff and family caregivers are trained in accordance with the regulatory standards of their respective markets and are provided ongoing upskilling to meet care recipients' evolving needs The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce training, curriculum design, an understanding of home care from the consumer POV, and a passion for designing engaging, personalized, relevant in-person and digital educational programs at scale. • Develop and implement both digital and in-person clinical education initiatives that adhere to federal and state regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines) and set a new standard for family care training with world-class experiences that transform the industry
• Partner with the Head of Clinical Care to implement training program and curricula with the clinical delivery and data teams
• Partner with the Product team to develop and ship in-app training,testing, and credentialing mechanisms
• Partner with the Market Launch Team to complete training goals commensurate with new market needs and growth opportunities
• Track training completion and performance rates, and compliance audits
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Continuously make process, program and operations improvements; and proactively surface areas of improvement for the company
• Maintain an organized information system on all education requirements, materials and processes
• Manage training budget to efficiently allocate resources and define operational plans for both live and in-person training, events and collateral
• Support Aidaly team onboarding that educates on key aspects of company operations, their role, and standard of excellence

Requirements

• Practical experience in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field, Product design experience a plus.
• 3+ years' experience in workforce training or education, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Intimate experience with Rover, Lyft, or similar products strongly preferred.
• Proven track record designing and delivering effective user education and skills-based content libraries for consumer products
• You're uncannily good at developing clear, concise, and engaging, learning experiences.
• You're a brand thinker with strong attention to detail for flawless execution.
• Spanish speaking a major plus
