Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for the subject and level assigned required.
- T-TESS Certification or must be obtained within 6 months
- Current CLASS Certification is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in PreK, preferably in Head Start.
- At least (3) three years of leadership experience in early childhood.
- At least (3) three years of experience working with children and families from diverse
- Successful experience in managing community events.
- Successful experience creating and presenting professional development.
