Healthcare Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Account Executive to drive our healthcare services across the United States, focusing on senior care options. You will serve as the primary link between healthcare facilities and our services, helping families navigate care options during critical transitions. This role is perfect for passionate professionals looking to make a tangible impact in healthcare through direct sales and account management strategies.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and our healthcare services, facilitating fast-paced, urgent care transitions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas by generating daily qualified patient referrals and successful family move-ins to care communities.
  • Develop, own, and expand your account portfolio, continuously increasing referral volume and strengthening market presence.
  • Execute networking and cold calling to cultivate new relationships within each account, providing presentations and following up to showcase our service value.
  • Educate and assist families in understanding their care options, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet service delivery targets, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal client outcomes.
  • Initiate and pilot innovative sales strategies and CRM enhancements to refine processes and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in the role.
  • Provide detailed reports and feedback to regional leadership, contributing to continuous improvement in tactics and strategy.
  • Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare and senior living industry, applying this knowledge effectively in stakeholder interactions and strategy development.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in direct sales roles with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment, showing high initiative and adaptability.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders including medical professionals and families.
  • Excellent time management abilities with effective execution of tasks to meet rigorous deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively within your designated territory, engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and customer relationship management software, with a preference for Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital sales strongly preferred, demonstrating in-depth industry knowledge and network.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow a large client portfolio.
  • Experience implementing and adopting new technologies and processes within sales roles.
