Only local to TX
Perform advanced systems and business analysis to complete software processes, procedures and analysis documentation for business unit software development improvement efforts. Assist clients with gathering and developing business requirements and analyzing aspects, requirements and feasibility of transitioning systems to HL7 specifications. Responsible for documenting research, analysis and software requirements specifications.

Responsible for documenting research, analysis and software requirements specifications.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum of 8 yrs of Exp in Business Analysis and Project Management
- Ability to self-manage, develop timelines and plans and work independently and in a team environment during research and analysis
- General experience with Healthcare and HL7
- Ability to develop a project plan and timeline for implementation of HL7 FHIR-based interoperability
- Develop scope and strawman for HL7 FHIR-based interoperability
- Assess System Readiness for HL7
- Assess Program Readiness for HL7 FHIR
- Draft GAP Analysis
- Draft Feasibility Study for HL7 FHIR-based interoperability
- Perform advanced systems and business analysis to complete research and documentation activities for all requirements and processes
- Assists clients with gathering and developing business requirements
