Title: Healthcare Executive Director

Overview:
The Executive Director will function as the leader of an individual clinic in a high-growth environment, overseeing the P&L, guiding and developing the leadership team, working with finance to design and operate the clinic's budget, and collaborating with marketing and enrollment teams to attract new participants. This role also involves a range of executive duties to ensure clinic operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor care delivery quality, staff adherence to regulations, policies and procedures, quality improvement plans, and best practices; address any identified concerns promptly.
  • Effectively develop and manage the leadership team within the clinic.
  • In collaboration with finance, develop, maintain, and operate within the clinic's budget, including hiring plans to achieve operational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as community service providers, regulators, legislators, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing standards, including successful audits.
  • Participate in strategic planning and broader initiatives to refine operational best practices and share across programs.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a relevant field, plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory role in a social or health services program; or a Master's Degree in a relevant field, plus one (1) year of experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory role in a social or health services program.
  • Five (5) years of experience developing and guiding successful programs for vulnerable seniors, with value-based care programs preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with a preference for experience in directing senior care programs.
  • Proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance patient experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop leaders and care team members.
  • Experience presiding over a data-driven organization, using reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects.

Skills and Certifications:
  • Value-Based Care - Highly preferred.
