HIL Application Engineer is responsible to maintain, coordinate with multiple teams for building Vector and dSPACE component benches, troubleshoot hardware issues, integrate ECU modules and other loads etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the functional operation electrical integration benches (which represent a vehicle or vehicle subsystem).
• Integration of Plant Models, real loads, sensors with the I/O of Vehicle ECUs as per the software growing maturities.
• Verification of communication protocols standards for HIL platform (including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN & Ethernet).
• Troubleshooting the HIL platform for any issue - Root cause analysis and liaising with cross functional team for resolution.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or Control Systems.
• Experience using Hardware-In-the-Loop systems for developing real time controls, experience in MATLAB/Simulink modeling.
• Experience in Electrical Test and Development, and Vehicle Electrical Architecture.
• Experience in real time controls plant modeling and simulation for vehicle domains and subsystems.

Pay Rate: 70/Hr
