Join dsm-firmenich as an HNC Regional Account Manager for North America, where you'll manage and develop customer portfolios, drive sales growth, and lead innovative projects. As the HNC Taste Regional Account Manager, you'll partner with global marketing and regional technical and sales experts to turn insights into valuable, delicious, and nutritious solutions. You'll tackle unique regional challenges, spark innovation, and elevate customer satisfaction in the Health, Nutrition, and Care segments. Your key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, maintaining and growing sales in the NA region
- Support legacy HNC account managers to cross-sell the Taste portfolio of legacy Firmenich
- Plan and budget demand for products and customers using respective planning tools and functions
- Achieve KPI objectives - Topline Sales revenue, Gross Margin (GPx), and Specific innovation/synergy sales
- Develop and implement sales plans and new projects, capturing and tracking customer actions in CRM/Atlas
- Actively manage pricing of the customer/product portfolio in alignment with commercial management rules & guidelines

You bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in science, technology, or business-related field
- At least 8 years of relevant commercial experience and technical knowledge within the Nutrition/Food Supplements industry
- Knowledge of industry and markets, in-depth know-how about products and applications
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of sales and key account management principles
- Good organizational skills and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel within the North America region up to 50% of the time
