Salary: $102 - 120K + Bonus Opportunity

Sedgebrook at Home, a part of Sedgebrook Senior Living, is seeking a dynamic Home Care Director to lead our private duty services agency. You'll oversee quality care delivery, ensure compliance with all regulations, and help shape the future of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop care objectives, policies, and procedures for the Home Care department
Ensure high-quality service by managing staff performance and training
Coordinate client services and allocate personnel based on needs
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards
Foster community partnerships, marketing efforts, and business growth
Manage daily operations, budgets, and financial policies
Evaluate agency performance and implement improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership in home care services
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational management
Ability to inspire and guide a team to excellence
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with financial oversight and budget management
Additional Requirements:
Unencumbered, active Illinois State healthcare professional license required (RN, LPN, PT, OT, ST, etc.)
Bachelor's degree required
Three years of management experience in a private duty or related organization preferred
Holds current CPR certification, or able to obtain within 3 months of hire
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
If providing transportation services, must hold a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Has ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
Must be comfortable with using computers and have basic skills with computer platforms such as Word and Excel.
Obtains and submits Administrator of Record with IDPH within 6 months of hire date
