Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty: Home Health - Critical Need

Job Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 Hours per week

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience

License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Current Driver's License with a clear driving record for the past two years

Must-Have: Proof of automobile insurance as required by law

Job Description:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health conditions, and report changes to the relevant healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
