Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Home Health RN

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a shared weekend rotation

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of three years of nursing experience

License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Experience in Home Health, personal automobile for work, ability to work with minimal direction or supervision

Job Description:
- Full-time opportunity for an experienced RN in Home Health.
- Work in a new, modern facility.
- Provide care to patients in their home, including assisted living or adult foster home settings.
- Participation in a weekend rotation shared with other clinicians.
- Work schedule includes a day off prior to a scheduled weekend and a day off after the weekend work.
- Use of EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Coverage required for holidays.
