Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Home Health RN

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with shared weekend rotation

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required

License: Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Use of personal automobile for work

Job Description:

- Full-time opening for an experienced Registered Nurse in Home Health
- Work in a new, modern facility
- Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
- Home health patients are seen in their homes, which can include assisted living or adult foster care
- Home Health experience is preferred
- Day shift with weekend rotation shared among clinicians
- Schedule includes time off before and after the weekend shift (Thursday off before working the weekend; Friday off the following week)
- Familiarity with using EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Holiday coverage is required
