Position Overview:
The role is for an experienced leader to support the delivery of solution enhancements, merger & acquisition integrations, and other key initiatives for the Horizon Oracle Fusion environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. The Delivery Manager will work alongside Horizon stakeholders and leads to support one another and provide a best-in-class service to our global stakeholders.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $130,300.00 - $240,790.00

The Delivery Manager will work alongside Horizon stakeholders and leads to support one another and provide a best-in-class service to our global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to the Strategic Leadership:
- Support and supplement the strategy and framework for Delivery Management to the Oracle Fusion environment
- Collaborate with the global leads in support of delivery of the Horizon initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement value added deliverables and superior employee experience
Delivery Management:
- In collaboration with the Release Management Workstream Delivery Lead, manage the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion initiatives and enhancements, including requirements gathering and scope definition, solution build, testing, OCM, business readiness, knowledge transfer to Operations AMS, CAB readiness, deployment, hypercare, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs while adhering to the principles of a Global solution and Target Operating Model
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and standards for project delivery and quality assurance.
- Adhere to established KPIs for measurable outcomes with focus on quality and high business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements; known as a sought-out resource within area of expertise
- Collaborates and consults with management on complex multi-faceted business matters
- Anticipates business needs, secures required resources and leads initiatives to implement change in the organization
- Demonstrates exceptional initiative, creativity and innovation skills
- Regularly makes decisions under minimal guidance that have a significant impact on business operations
- Works with management to support the development of operational objective, strategy and matters of significance
- Creates formal resource channels involving complex coordination to implement significant business requirements
- Support to development and adherence to documentation, training and communication of standard operating procedures and collaborative ways of working to ensure full understanding and consistent application
- Support leadership briefings in inquiries to enable communication across all stakeholders
Compliance and Audit
- Cooperate with the Audit and Security and Compliance teams to ensure compliance in accordance with IT Governance Controls - 52-109
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience (12+ years) in project management and delivery management preferably within a complex, multi-disciplinary organization
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, CX, PPM, PROC, FIN) and their implementation processes.
- Expertise in release management, delivery management, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities and experience managing complex, cross-functional challenges.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with senior leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to execute.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Process oriented with a methodical and planned approach to achieving goals
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, thrive on change and engender a collaborative approach
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Agile methodologies & tools
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Smartsheet to support management of initiatives
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
