Carolinas Palliative Care & Hospice Group provides clinical services that reflect the organizations' philosophy and mission: to promote comprehensive, compassionate care for all living with serious illness. CPCHG covers inpatient, outpatient and hospice.

Position Highlights:
  • This is a Hybrid role, which will include community palliative & hospice and mixed locations (patient homes, Acute, SNFs, and Office)
  • Geographic Focus: Mecklenburg County & Cabarrus County
  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Call Schedule: 1 in 4 (with APP taking 1st call)
  • Join 4 Physicians & 6 APPs
  • Strong referral base
  • Program hosts medical students, residents, APP and MD fellowships
  • Chaplain support is available

Ideal Candidate:
  • Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required
  • Interest/Experience in medical education is preferred
