An incredible opportunity is open for a driven Hospital Director Infection Prevention with a reputable hospital in the Washington, DC area. This expanding DMV metro area hospital is in a unique and exciting area and is seeking an experienced leader to oversee their Infection Prevention team.

The Hospital Director Infection Prevention will report directly to the Director of Quality and the Chief Quality Officer. The Infection Prevention Director will have an estimated 3 infection prevention direct reports and will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the Infection Prevention and Control Plan.
The Infection Prevention Hospital Director will play a critical role in the success, safety, and health of the hospital. This job opportunity is a Monday-Friday role where you will collaborate with other departments and develop programs designed to control and prevent health care-associated infections. Ideal Candidates will have their Masters and 5 years of experience in an Infection Prevention leadership role in an acute care hospital setting. The CIC certification is preferred but not required.
