Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester, Virginia.

Role Overview: In this role, you will specialize in internal medicine and be certified in hospital medicine. Your practice will be confined to the hospital setting, focusing on medical issues relevant to your field of study. The hospitalist group is responsible for managing in-hospital care for our patients. You will consult health records and diagnoses provided by the patient's primary care physician and serve as the sole provider during the patient's hospital stay, coordinating their care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctoral Degree MD/DO, Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
• Experience: 1-3 years of successful completion of residency or demonstrated experience in medical specialty (Required)
• Licenses and Certifications: Physician License (MD) - Virginia Board of Medicine (Required), Valid DEA for controlled substances registration (Required)
