We are seeking a passionate and skilled Task Force General Manager with Hilton and Marriott experience. Strong Food & Beverage expertise is essential, with a proven track record of successfully managing restaurants and bars within the Hilton and Marriott brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Hilton Garden Inn brand.

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management in accordance with ARK Hospitality's vision, mission, and core values. Those aspects include maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The Task Force General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, the Task Force General Manager must be a self-starter and understand that the position requires 24-hour availability, living out of the hotel during their assignment, and traveling more than 75% of the time.

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team.
Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service.
Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in hospitality management.
3+ years of experience in hospitality food and beverage management.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in budget planning and financial management.
Ability to travel 75% of the time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
