SALARY RANGE FOR HOT-LINE TRAINING MANAGER: $95,000.00 Annual Salary

JOB PURPOSE:

Hot-Line Training Managers are responsible for the brand image of Din Tai Fung by supervising, training, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the Line Cook (Wok), Line Cook (Noodle), and Prep Departments. Hot-Line Training Managers are responsible for training Line Cook (Wok), Line Cook (Noodle), and Prep Leads in how to properly manage their departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR HOT-LINE TRAINING MANAGER:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or education
    • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
    • Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience preferred
  • Flexible Work Schedule
    • Managers are required to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day
    • Schedule may vary based on business demands.
  • Proficient in using email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
  • Basic cooking skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed
  • Spanish Bilingual preferred
