Duties include handling the administration of all housing-related operations of the City's Community Development Program, such as housing, non-profit and homebuyer development; home rehabilitation programs and down payment assistance programs funded through CDBG, HOME and other funds; budgeting, working with architects, engineers, builders, clients and city personnel to develop viable housing projects and selling completed homes; developing and coordinating campaigns to increase community accessibility; monitoring and providing technical and capacity building experience to programs; assuring policies and procedures are compliant with HUD regulations; supervising assigned staff; and assisting with departmental budget preparation and administration. A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business or public administration, finance, real estate or a similar field; and two years experience in grant administration, as well as one year previous supervisory experience, required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HUD IDIS database software preferred. A rsum must be submitted with application.

PAY GRADE GG22 / FULL PAY RANGE $5,550 - $7,821 PER MONTH
