- Provide coaching to leaders, advising on talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and building high-performing teams for sustained success.
- Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, collaborating with Employee Relations and Legal teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and preserve company culture across multiple regions.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and business restructuring initiatives to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and strategic growth across the company.
- Oversee the full-cycle performance management process, driving the integration of goal-setting, 360-degree performance evaluations, and calibration sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact HR programs that foster growth, employee engagement, and talent retention across engineering teams and the broader organization.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive informed, data-driven decisions that optimize processes and improve business outcomes.
- Execute strategies with a focus on measurable goals, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement across key initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR peers across Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to implement holistic, integrated solutions that support the overall business strategy.
