Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for U.S. HR Site Operations is a strategic advisor and leader responsible for managing the U.S. field based HR team across 15+ sites. This role will be a key partner to the Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and play a pivotal role in the operational leadership team identifying and managing key initiatives to drive business performance, enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HRBP provides HR expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This individual will be deeply integrated into the business strategy, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent partner to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Manufacturing, and the Site Leaders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
  • Support change management initiatives to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
  • Manage, own and/or support organizational transformation initiatives as needed.

Talent Management & Development:
  • Manage and facilitate talent and succession reviews working with leadership to identify key talent, succession, and developmental opportunities.
  • Facilitate career development and learning programs to upskill capabilities.
  • Partner with the Director, Learning and Talent Development to build a front-line leadership training.
  • Manage and track all hiring, turnover data, and analytics. Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team, to support all activities of the recruiting process including intake meetings, interviewing candidates, strategizing the employer brand, and completing onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as a point of contact for the HR team/employee concerns, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and potentially diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support leaders in managing performance issues and conflict resolution.
  • Foster open door culture to address employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and appropriate action and documentation.
  • 25% travel to site locations

Performance & Compensation Management:
  • Guide managers in performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and feedback discussions.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Support annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
  • Support company training programs. Administer the talent and performance management activities for supported groups.

HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Collaborate and partner with peers across HR organization.
  • Support and contribute to key initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Utilize HR data to drive decision-making and track key HR metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in human resources (required). Preferred in a corporate headquarters environment.
  • Experience supporting C-suite and Business Partnership preferred.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Understands Federal and State employment laws, investigation skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, worker's compensation, immigration, payroll, HIPAA, and safety.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
