You will:
- Engage with HR Analytics stakeholders to understand challenges, rapidly mockup datasets for self-service consumption via BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI in an Agile fashion
- Work with HR stakeholders in capturing and distilling the requirements as they relate to both the user vision specific to business needs and technical implementation requirements.
- Work with Data engineering team to model secure, persona-based datasets
- Clearly communicate design and development strategies to all stakeholders
- Have ownership over sprint stories, and will be relied on to navigate stakeholders and ask tough questions to develop solutions
- Manage user testing including the production and execution of test plans and scripts, defect logging and resolution management.
- Identify key risks, troubleshoot issues bringing them to a resolution and make necessary improvements
- Identify and recommend appropriate end to end strategic solutions ensuring development is within scope and addresses the business needs
You have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with bachelors degree
- Strength in data modelling, wrangling and visualization (Tableau or BI equivalent PowerBI, Qlik etc)
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and ETL technologies
- Familiar with technologies relevant to data lakes such as Snowflake
- Strong understanding of security models and concepts such as row-level security
- Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday recruiting (strongly preferred)
- Critical thinking mindset: high attention to detail, even in high-pressure, fast-paced sprints
- A collaborative nature and team-orientation
- Deft navigation of data challenges: procurement, cleaning, transforming, and ingesting
- A confident communicator (strong written and verbal English); a self-starter
