Description:
We are currently seeking a Director of Human Resources join our team. As our Director of Human Resources, you will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits as well as training programs to continue to position our organization as an employer of choice. In this individual contributor, high impact leadership role, you will manage tactical and strategic deliverables to support organizational growth objectives.

- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in support of the achievement of human capital objectives as well as measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators such as employee retention, employee acquisition cost, resource utilization, and employee net promoter score.
- Establish and implement HR programs to effectively communicate and foster the organizational mission and strategic vision.
- Perform comprehensive talent acquisition functions including recruiting, scheduling and coordination, conducting interviews, offer negotiations, and pre-boarding and background check processes.
- Plan, schedule and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Serve as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management team.
- Develop and implement workforce planning models in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain human resources systems to meet management information needs.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations to ensure organizational policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Facilitate management training focused on interviewing and recruitment, performance reviews, safety, employee investigations, and general HR processes.
- Advise management in the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Facilitate salary administration and the performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Through the partnership of a professional employment organization (PEO), oversee benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related ield of study.
- Minimum of seven years of HR experience including significant experience in talent acquisition, training and employee relations.
- HR certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with HR systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Adept and willing to manage tactical and strategic HR functions.
- Proven ability to work independently and in cross functional teams within a matrix management structure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate.
- Proficiency in interacting within a diverse work and among all levels of leadership to include executives, leadership, and individual contributors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
