Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition process, including competency-based screening, structured interview training for managers, and utilizing the right sourcing methods to secure high-quality candidates.
- Onboarding & Training: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program, including skills training, clear ramp-up plans, and effective orientation to ensure new hires succeed from day one.
- Employee Development & Retention: Establish a dynamic skills training program and career development paths, focusing on retention strategies and continuous learning. Identify turnover drivers and implement targeted programs to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure we attract and retain top talent. Administer a comprehensive benefits program that is both seamless and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and employee satisfaction through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and clear communication channels. Lead initiatives to strengthen workplace community and morale and develop employee recognition programs that celebrate contributions and align with company values.
- Data-Driven HR: Utilize a data-driven approach to HR, tracking key workforce metrics and leveraging insights to continuously improve HR strategies and outcomes. Implement effective feedback mechanisms such as engagement surveys and focus groups.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain legal clarity and alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management with 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role, with a strong track record in managing HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, compensation analysis, and legal compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to utilize HR metrics and analytics to make informed decisions.
