As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, talent, and success of our organization. What You Will Do

Strategic Human Resources Management: Support the organization's strategic goals by developing and aligning human resource strategies accordingly. Collaboratively design, plan, implement, and enhance the organization's human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Organizational Structure and Development: Maintain and enhance work structure by ensuring job requirements, job descriptions, and performance criteria for all positions are updated regularly. Conduct routine compensation analysis; recommend, plan, and implement pay revisions.

Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage and enhance the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, orientation, employee development, performance management, and separation. Oversee stay interviews, exit interviews, and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Talent Management: Lead performance management processes and provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance and development.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment. Effectively manage complaints, conduct investigations, and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner. Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong sense of teamwork and belonging.

Compliance and Policy Development: Stay current on HR laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance. Collaborate to develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and documentation are in compliance.

Training and Development: Work with company leaders to identify training needs and facilitate relevant programs. Implement and support career development initiatives to foster employee growth and succession planning.

Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefit offerings.

What You Will Need to be Successful
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5+ years of progressive experience in HR role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2+ years' experience as an HR Manager preferred.
    • PHR, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
    • Experience with Collective Bargaining work force preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Highly detail-oriented and organized.


$110,000 - $135,000 a year
