HR PMO Project Manager

Description:
A popular apparel company in Beaverton Oregon is seeking an HR PMO Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be supporting their Time & Absence program and the global implementation of this initiative. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Partnering with stakeholders and HIR partners to co-create and evolve an integrated delivery model including ideation, intake, and delivery
- Effectively work cross-functionally with and through stakeholders to build consensus and drive results
- Manage day to day project activities, such as the management of project plans, RAID logs, change requests, status reports and budgets
- Present project status, OKRs and milestones in various forums
- Manage teams through ambiguous and challenging situations
This person will be working with global partners, the People Solutions team, the Technology group, outside vendors and finance. This individual will be expected onsite, in Beaverton OR 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) and work remotely on Fridays. They will be working with teams in Asia as well as Europe so flexibility with working schedule is a must.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in portfolio management, management consulting, operations, or project management
- Advanced project management skills: managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities
- Experience in global implementation of projects
- Advanced experience using Smartsheets
Experience in executing PMO practices, tools and standards
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous Nike experience
- Experience managing time/leaves implementation
MBA in Business, Human Resources, or related field
