Job Description:
- Serve as the HR, Project Manager providing leadership in project and program management.
- Develop and execute various projects and programs across the Human Resources department.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and calendars for all Occupational Health programs.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of programs, track activity and report progress.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Create and refine presentations for HR deliverables.
- Attend planning meetings with business and HR leaders to provide project updates.
- Monitor metrics to demonstrate program impact and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist with other support activities as needed.
- Prioritize, plan, and organize work efficiently, adapting to changes and managing competing demands.
- Demonstrate discretion and judgment on confidential employee issues.
- Collaborate with executives and Executive Assistants on various tasks.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in monitoring work.
