In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips' Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

With Bridgefield's support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.

HR Rewards Manager
The HR Rewards Manager is responsible for developing and analyzing budgets for various compensation and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and the overall business goals.

Your role:
  • Develops and examines budgets for merit increases, retention strategies, and various incentive programs, such annual incentives (AI), and sales incentives (SI), conducting in-depth analyses of external market data, forecasting trends, and ensuring that all compensation & benefits strategies are aligned with the overall strategic business goals and financial objectives.
  • Creates, updates, and ensures the implementation of rewards policies to maintain proper governance, compliance, and adherence to local and international regulations, regularly reviewing policy effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency and alignment with global operations.
  • Ensures all rewards programs and policies comply with local and international regulations, maintaining high standards of governance and ethical practice, regularly auditing rewards practices, addressing compliance issues proactively, and staying updated on legal changes and industry standards.
  • Develops employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for employees' well-being.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with international regulations, tax laws, and company policies, while facilitating smooth transitions for employees relocating abroad as well as provides strategic guidance on complex immigration and relocation issues, collaborating with People, Legal, and Finance teams to manage international assignments, visas, and cross-border employment matters effectively.


You're the right fit if:
  • You have acquired minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, including experience conducting Compensation Benchmarking, creating and implementing Reward Strategies, HR analytics, process improvement, and familiarity with grading/job evaluation methodologies.
  • Your skills include problem-solving, process improvement and operational execution, ability to navigate and influence within a global, complex matrix organization and proficiency in handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. You also have strong organizational agility, reliability, and ability to handle ambiguity. Effective at influencing, engaging stakeholders globally, and aligning with business needs.
  • You have a Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Human Resource (HR), Organizational Development or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are a proactive professional, passionate about team collaboration, resilient and with a growth mindset as well as Adaptable, driven, creative, and diligent with the ability to learn on the fly.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $131,040 to $209,664

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
