Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics located in either Grand Prairie, Texas or Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee development, recruiting, and sourcing to attract and retain top talent. This role will play a key part in driving a positive workplace culture, implementing effective talent strategies, and supporting the overall HR function. The candidate should have a strong background in HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, technical industry.

2. Essential Job Functions
Talent Reviews & Performance Management
- Support the talent review process, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to assess employee performance and identify high-potential employees.
- Assist in the development of leadership training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations and people review assessments.

Recruiting & Sourcing
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles through networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top aerospace industry talent, including passive candidate engagement.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and industry partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
