A leading ABA company is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance its growing team. This role involves overseeing key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, company culture, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
  • Oversee employee relations, fostering a strong workplace culture and engagement
  • Administer benefits programs, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive offerings
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, supporting team development
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices while optimizing internal processes

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of HR experience required for entry-level candidates; 3-5 years preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruiting, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and benefits administration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a dynamic team environment

This position can Hybrid but would require travel to the brooklyn office.

Salary: $70K-$120K
