Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support, manage, and optimize our HRIS systems with a primary focus on large-scale platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and user support, along with a passion for process improvement and data integrity. The HRIS team works cross-functionally, giving this person an opportunity to interact with colleagues across business units and functions at Albany.

Responsibilities
  • HRIS Implementation and Management
    • Support the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and prepping data for upload to new HRIS System
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of HRIS with other business systems.
    • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor releases while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • System Administration
    • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
    • Develop and document system workflows, procedures, and user guides.
  • Training and Support
    • Train HR team members and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
    • Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the confidentiality of the information used during the normal course of business.
    • Ensures information is maintained according to privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
    • Willingness to collaborate and support in additional tasks that arise within the HR team, depending on the company's needs and the employee's experience.

  • This is an onsite position with travel as required.

    Compensation: The position is based in Rochester, NH. The salary range for this role is $87,000 to $104,800 per year. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 5 or more years of experience with ERP Systems, SuccessFactors Preferred

    Required Skills:
    • Expert skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: VLOOKUP, macro workbook, pivot table, strong understanding of Excel functions & formulas).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis techniques
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
