Job Description:
Job Purpose
Provides leadership, vision, expertise, and direction for the HRIS team to develop and execute a technology strategy aligned to stakeholder requirements in the areas of Hire to Retire including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Learning & Development. In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for project, enhancement and support delivery in HRIS process area including requirement-gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality and efficiency within the HR systems
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices
- Drive and lead new integration projects while supporting the resolution integration issues
- Responsible for direct management of team, including budgets, staffing, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Third party support oversight and vendor management
- Ensure the team meets department standards for productivity as measured by KPI metrics and performance goals
- Responsible for planning and achieving goals and objectives within area of responsibility
- Accountable for the planning, ongoing execution and realization of the HR roadmap
- Defines and maintains process and service standards to drive continuity between Business HR, Corporate HR, and IT
- Works to refine strategy over time as needs of the business evolve
- Provides subject matter and best practice expertise
- Identify, track and report HR metrics, service level agreements and KPIs
- Achieve results in a dynamic, consistently changing and demanding environment
- Conduct employee performance reviews, coaching and counseling, and career development
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility. Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through routine audits and maintenance
- Remain current with understanding of the latest HR technology trends
- Ensure LP HRIS complies with all relevant laws and company policies
- Perform other duties as necessary
What do I need to be successful?
- Experience with 1 or more end to end HRIS solution implementation
- 5 plus years of management experience
- 7 plus years of demonstrated experience working in systems development and design
- Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position
- Familiarity with general Human Resources processes and procedures
- Prior experience as system administrator of comprehensive HR technology stack from implementation, configuration, integration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of SAP products (SuccessFactors), UKG and best in class Benefits Providers and LMS products
- Experience deploying HRIS systems in North and South America
- Knowledge of integration to other systems (Manufacturing, EHS etc) and integration technologies (BTP, PO etc)
- Comprehensive knowledge of current HRIS strategies and trends & Payroll processes and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of other HR functions

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Work Environment
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
- Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
