As an HSE Data and Metrics Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting health, safety, and environmental data to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, develop metrics and reports, and provide insights to facilitate decision-making and strategic initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will contribute to the overall success of our Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.

You will report directly to our VP of HSE & Business Resilience, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve HSE performance, identify trends, and drive proactive measures to prevent incidents and ensure a safe working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and analyze health, safety, and environmental data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HSE metrics and reports to track performance and compliance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to facilitate decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HSE programs and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Administrate global digital enterprise tools to support HSE Management Systems, Compliance, Governance, and Data Visualization.
  • Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and engagement in safety and environmental initiatives
  • Lead digitization efforts focused on:
  • Automating data flows for HSE activities
  • Inspections using PowerApps
  • Ensure compliance with HSE objectives by creating and automating reports in Intelex and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and other appropriate tools.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in HSE data visualization, auditing, and reporting.
