We are hiring a HSE Manager who will ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations and the implementation and management of site specific comprehensive HSE programs and ISO initiatives as defined and approved by the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Promotes, supports and ensures compliance with health, safety and environmental rules,


regulations and the corporate HSE program.

  • Ensures the appropriate documented training for the HSE program is performed for all new


hires and for all affected employees when new or revised procedures are implemented.

  • Maintains all records associated with training and investigations of all incidents, outcomes


and actions taken.
  • Ensures that the HSE program is delivered (when relevant) to all sites within the
  • Organization.
  • Ensures the development of and maintenance of comprehensive Hazard Analyses.
  • Works with all pertinent state and federal agencies in compliance with all regulations and
  • laws.
  • Responsible for compiling, updating, maintaining, Filing all permit applications, variances
  • for APCD, permit violations, plans, reports and studies as required by HSE regulations and
  • laws to Local/County, State and/or federal agencies associated with HSE Issues.
  • Monitors, investigates and documents all HSE incidences and near misses.
  • Ensures compliance and maintaining the processes/procedures of the WOM management
  • systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Know and understand Quality Policy and HSE Policy and comply with all requirements of
  • the QMS and HSEMS.
  • Comply with all environmental, health and safety rules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Environmental Health and Safety or Science.
  • Prior managerial experience required.
  • 3 years industrial experience in HSE systems required.
  • CSP Certification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
