This multi-dimensional role will be responsible for reporting/dashboards and headcount planning at Enterprise Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancements for self-service data reporting and dashboarding solutions. Additionally, this role will hold business rhythms and execution of headcount planning within the Vemo workforce planning tool. In this key role, you will have two main responsibilities:

Reporting/Dashboards:
A consultative partner that can provide analytic capability to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of LM's workforce and people strategies. Create specifications for reports, dashboards, and analysis based on business needs and available data elements. A key element to this role will be stakeholder engagement with HRBPs, HR COEs and business leaders to ensure that they have self-service access to data.

Headcount Planning Lead:
Responsible for enabling Enterprise Operations to plan for its current and future workforce. This multi-faceted role will engage and collaborate with colleagues in various functions to craft bi-annual headcount plans utilizing workforce planning processes, data optimization, and align with digital transformation. The role will support and partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Functional POCs to craft an Integrated Human Capital Plan. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to message appropriately at all levels of the organization - includes an ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology or similar field
2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Finance, or similar field
Experience building dashboards in business intelligence platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Tableau, Microsoft Business Objects, etc.)
Ability to adapt, advocate and champion change
Prior WF Planning experience (Business to Human Capital Alignment, Headcount Planning, Scenario Planning, Hiring Plans)

Desired skills
Master's degree in human resources, business, psychology or similar field
Experience with Vemo workforce planning software
HCI Strategic Workforce Planning Certification, or similar certification

Ability to work remotely

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
