What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership
  • Lead the Human Resources function, managing daily operations and ensuring alignment with our company's strategic vision.
  • Provide guidance and training to the HR team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and transparency that reflect our Teamwork and Integrity values.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support business planning and long-term goals, ensuring workforce alignment with organizational strategy.

Culture and Employee Engagement
  • Champion a workplace environment that prioritizes employee engagement, inclusion, and wellness. This role is integral in upholding our Family and Engage values across the organization.
  • Manage initiatives to enhance employee relations, ensuring concerns are addressed with empathy, fairness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee performance management strategies to inspire growth and maintain a dynamic, motivated workforce.

Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure all HR operations and policies comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations when employee concerns arise, mitigating risk and adopting transparent and fair solutions-including disciplinary actions or termination, when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Lead the development of compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, reward, and recognize top talent.
  • Build innovative approaches to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the marketplace and supportive of staff needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of Human Resource experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and regulations
  • Experience building and leading teams and implementing HR strategies, including the design, development, implementation of HR programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations/ documentation.
