GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Founded in 2000, San Antonio-based CaptureRx is a leading 340B solution provider that puts patients first, touching millions of patient lives through innovative products and services that support relationships among payers, providers, pharmacies and patients. Our solutions manage inventory and financial flow for 340B prescriptions filled at contract pharmacies and perform the eligibility checks required to comply with 340B program requirements. Using a process that's seamless to the covered entity, pharmacy and patient, our Cumulus platform has processed more than 183 million patient encounters and more than 647 million switch claims. Currently, CaptureRx solutions serve more than 500 hospitals and health centers in 45 states via a robust pharmacy network and a preferred 340B partnership allowing access to any Rite Aid pharmacy.
Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with the organization's business goals. This includes planning and implementing HR programs and policies related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave, and other department needs. The HR Manager will actively contribute to creating an exceptional workplace culture, helping to make CaptureRx the best place to work.
Essential Functions:
HR Practices & Compliance:
Recommend Improvements to HR practices and programs Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions. Stay current with trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary positions. Collaborate with staffing agencies and executive search firms to meet staffing needs. Post job openings, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process. Handle the onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, and employee documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer salary programs, ensuring compliance and equity within the organization. Conduct wage analysis and job evaluations, monitor pay actions and make recommendations. Maintain compensation and benefits data, ensuring competitive and compliant pay plans. Support the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and employee assistance.
Workforce Planning & Employee Relations:
Prepare annual workforce plans aligned with budgeting cycles; adjust quarterly as needed. Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements for all positions. Manage employee referral programs and support HR-related activities. Oversee employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
Employee Records & Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring proper documentation and system updates. Manage HR data related to compensation, recruitment, benefits, and other HR programs.
Additional Support:
Assist with employee separation processes, including termination notices and documentation. Provide ongoing support to managers and executives on staffing and business needs. Attend recruiting events and participate in related activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
HR & Recruiting Knowledge:
Strong understanding of human resources and recruiting practices. Familiarity with employment laws and policies, including FLSA, FMLA, Equal Employment Opportunity, and ADA.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to quickly learn and utilize HRIS and talent management systems.
Organizational & Time Management Skills:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all business relationships.
Self-Motivation & Independence:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Management or Business required or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Ten or more years of human resource experience required.
Licenses/Certifications:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
