Hours: Full Time, Monday- Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000

What you will be doing:
- Own the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities and industry organizations.
- Champion HR compliance and shape forward-thinking policies.
- Advise leadership and mediate employee relations with fairness and empathy.
- Drive performance management, professional development, and retention strategies.
- Support payroll, reporting, and HR analytics alongside our finance team.
What you will need:
- 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
- Strong working knowledge of federal/state labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proven success with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- A strategic mind with a hands-on approach and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field (certifications a plus!).
