We are seeking an HR and Training Director to join our team, for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and continued growth. This role will be a key advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a passion for building a high-performing team and maintaining our high standards of workplace culture. The Director will play a pivotal role in new employee onboarding and training, and supporting employee growth development. Candidates need to be detail-oriented, familiar with government regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Talent acquisition & management from recruiting, sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the full-cycle onboarding process, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires
Benefits program management -Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Learning & development leader
HR Operations & Technology - oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, and benefits administration. Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquires related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
Foster a positive work environment
Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborate workplace culture
Leadership advisor for executive team
Organizational Alignment
This position works closely with the Four Inc. leadership and will report to the CEO.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor Degree from four-year College or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field
4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding/training and compliance
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations for small to medium sized organizations
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a hybrid team
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to address employee concerns with discretion and professionalism
HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
