This position offers full benefits and a competitive salary up to $113,942 Annually
3% Annual Across the Board Salary Increases in February 2026 * Bi-annual merit step increases of 2.5% up to Step 16
The County also offers an alternative Modified Benefits Option that provides a wage differential of 4% above the base salary rate with modified benefits.

Minimum Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Science, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communications/Marketing or other relevant field.

Experience: One (1) year of full time professional-level human resources or EEO experience that includes primary responsibility for responding to and investigating complaints of employment discrimination and harassment.
