Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Pay Range: starting at $95,000.00

Job Description

The HR Business Partner provides day-to-day support across all levels of the organization. You will provide comprehensive HR support. Implement HR strategies that align with our company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all employee relations, investigations,
• Address employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations
• Administer benefits program and yearly open enrollment.
• Manage and administer- FMLA, Leaves, Garnishments, 401k.
• Manage full cycle hiring, job postings, on-boarding, orientations, and off-boarding.
• Review all terminations and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Collaborate with leadership

Skills:

• Excellent verbal/written skills, bilingual in Spanish- highly preferred.
• Food Industry experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Maintains standards of confidentiality and positive work relationships in a respectful and collaborative manner.
• Minimum of 5+ in Human Resources with progressive and added responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree plus HR certification highly preferred.

Location: On-site- Support Center located in Pomona, CA. This role is not hybrid or remote.
