Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and a resource to front-line employees.
- Support talent acquisition for salaried roles with a focus on diversity and AAP goals.
- Promote employee engagement through floor presence and strong communication.
- Provide coaching to leaders on problem-solving and performance management.
- Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions in partnership with Employee Relations.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Labor Relations, and Legal as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Associate's degree with 5+ years HR experience may be considered).
- 3+ years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive organizational change.
- Experience with floor engagement/walk-throughs and high-visibility HR support.
Preferred:
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
- Project management experience in HR
